0.5mg Advagraf Tacrolimus Tablet is used along with other medicines to prevent your body from rejecting a new organ (e.g., liver, kidney, or heart) after transplant. It does so by weakening your body’s immune system, so it does not attack the new organ. This medication belongs to a class of drugs known as immunosuppressants.

The amount of Advagraf 0.5mg Capsule PR you take and how often you take it depends on the type of transplant you have, your body weight, and what other medicines you are taking. Follow your doctor’s instructions carefully. You should take it on an empty stomach, at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal. Take this medicine regularly to get the maximum benefit and keep taking it, even if you feel well. If you stop taking it, you may increase the chances of rejecting your transplanted organ.

Advagraf 0.5mg Capsule PR has many potential side effects. It can cause or worsen diabetes and kidney problems. These need urgent medical attention. Other common side effects include tremor, infections, high blood pressure, headache, and insomnia. If the side effects do not go away or get worse, tell your doctor. Advagraf 0.5mg Capsule PR lowers your immune system making you susceptible to catching more infections than usual.

Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have kidney, liver, or heart problems, diabetes, or high blood pressure. Also let your doctor know what other medications you are taking, especially for infections, pain, and arthritis. These and others may affect, or be affected by, this medicine. You should limit your exposure to the sun and UV (ultraviolet) light while taking it because immunosuppressants could increase your risk of skin cancer.

Both men and women using this medicine should use effective birth control to prevent pregnancy. This medicine is not normally recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding unless it is clearly needed. Before and during treatment you will need frequent medical tests to monitor your progress, and your blood pressure will need to be checked often.

0.5mg Pangraf Tacrolimus Capsule is used along with other medicines to prevent your body from rejecting a new organ (e.g., liver, kidney, or heart) after transplant. It does so by weakening your body’s immune system, so it does not attack the new organ. This medication belongs to a class of drugs known as immunosuppressants.

The amount of Pangraf 0.5 Capsule you take and how often you take it depends on the type of transplant you have, your body weight, and what other medicines you are taking.

Other common side effects include tremor, infections, high blood pressure, headache, and insomnia. If the side effects do not go away or get worse, tell your doctor. Also let your doctor know what other medications you are taking, especially for infections, pain, and arthritis. These and others may affect, or be affected by, this medicine. Both men and women using this medicine should use effective birth control to prevent pregnancy. TACROCORD 0.5MG CAPSULE contains Tacrolimus which belongs to the group of medicines called Immunosuppressants. It is used to manage graft rejection in patients undergoing organ transplantation. It can also be used to manage an ongoing graft rejection of the newly transplanted organ. It is mostly used in combination with other immune suppressants to achieve maximum benefits.

Tacrolimus suppresses your body’s immune functions and enables your body to accept the transplanted organ. Take TACROCORD 0.5MG CAPSULE regularly as instructed by your doctor. While undergoing therapy with TACROCORD 0.5MG CAPSULE your doctor will periodically monitor your heart functions and nerve functions to avoid the risk of side effects.

Your doctor may also prescribe you blood tests and urine tests at regular intervals to access the improvement in your health conditions. During management with TACROCORD 0.5MG CAPSULE, avoid exposing your skin towards direct sunlight. Wear protective loose-fitting clothes and apply sunscreen while going outdoors.

Before taking TACROCORD 0.5MG CAPSULE inform your doctor if you have any liver, kidney or heart problems. Avoid consuming grapefruit or drinking grapefruit juice while taking TACROCORD 0.5MG CAPSULE as it may increase the risk of side effects.

Do not take TACROCORD 0.5MG CAPSULE without consulting your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Vingraf Capsule is used along with other medicines to prevent your body from rejecting a new organ (e.g., liver, kidney, or heart) after transplant. It does so by weakening your body’s immune system, so it does not attack the new organ. This medication belongs to a class of drugs known as immunosuppressants.

The amount of Vingraf Capsule you take and how often you take it depends on the type of transplant you have, your body weight, and what other medicines you are taking.

Vingraf Capsule has many potential side effects. It can cause or worsen diabetes and kidney problems. These need urgent medical attention. Other common side effects include tremor, infections, high blood pressure, headache, and insomnia. If the side effects do not go away or get worse, tell your doctor. Vingraf Capsule lowers your immune system making you susceptible to catching more infections than usual.

This is because of the potential risk of malignant skin changes with immunosuppressive therapy. This medicine may cause diarrhoea; inform your physician if you have diarrhoea for over a day. If you need to receive any vaccinations, consult your doctor once before accepting them.

Uses of Xgraf 0.5mg Capsule

  • Prevent organ transplant rejections.

Therapeutic Effects of Xgraf 1.0mg Capsule

Xgraf 1.0mg Capsule provides immunosuppression by inhibiting T-lymphocyte activation and proliferation and T-helper-cell-dependent B-cell response. It works by attaching to a protein called FKBP-12 and forms a complex called tacrolimus-FKBP, which inhibits the action of calcineurin phosphatase. This, in turn, inhibits the formation of T cells and suppresses the immune response.

Interaction of Xgraf 0.5mg Capsule with other drugs

Inform your healthcare provider about all the medicines that you take, including prescription medications, over-the-counter medications, vaccinations, nutritional and vitamin supplements, and herbal products. Certain medications may interact with the effects of tacrolimus and reduce its effectiveness by causing undesirable side effects. Avoid grapefruit or grapefruit juice while taking this medicine.

500mg Biomyf Mycophenolate Mofetil Tablet  belongs to a group of medicines called immunosuppressants. It is used with other medicines to prevent your body from rejecting an organ (such as a kidney, heart, or liver) after a transplant. It works by suppressing your body’s immune system so that it does not attack the new organ.

The amount of Biomyf 500 Tablet you take and how often you take it depends on the type of transplant you have. Follow your doctor’s instructions on this. Take it on an empty stomach, at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal, unless your doctor suggest otherwise. Swallow it as a whole, do not crush, chew, or break it. Take the medicine regularly to get maximum benefit and keep taking it even when you feel well. The treatment will continue for as long as you need it to prevent rejection.

The most common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, headache, high blood pressure, infections (viral, fungal, bacterial), and changes in the number of white blood cells amongst others. You may catch more infections than usual as medicine suppresses the immune system. There is also an increased risk of developing some cancers for this reason. To reduce your risk of skin cancer, limit your exposure to the sun and use sunscreen. There is a long list of potential side effects of this medicine. You should ask your doctor about them and what signs to look out for because some of them can be serious and need urgent medical attention.

Biomyf 500 Tablet can cause birth defects and abortion so do not take it if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
